Interests

Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy spending time outdoors—particularly fishing and golfing. These activities allow me to relax and recharge while enjoying nature.

I also have a strong interest in history and have recently been spending time reading and learning more about historical events and trends.

Another passion of mine is traveling. After graduating from college, I plan to take a year to travel the world before beginning my career. I will start in Europe, where I’ll spend three months exploring different countries and cultures, and then continue on to South America and Southeast Asia. This journey is something I’ve been looking forward to for a long time, as it offers a unique opportunity to broaden my global perspective and gain valuable life experiences before entering the workforce.

Planned Certificates

Upon graduation, I plan to spend approximately three months working to build up additional funds before embarking on a year of global travel. During this time, I intend to complete several specialized courses through the Break into CRE curriculum to further develop my technical skills and deepen my understanding of real estate financial modeling and investment analysis.
